Thursday - part two - International Crew Reception

The team dressed up and attended the HWR reception for international crews. It was held at Leander this year, which was different from the River and Rowing Museum where we have had it in the past, but lovely nevertheless. Leander is a special place with incredible rowing history, and our women enjoyed touring the club. There are many crews here from the Netherlands, USA, Ireland, and Germany. In fact, the HWR is the largest held to date. It's great to see growth and evolution in this regatta since we first attended in 2011. We di chat with a nice crew from the Netherlands and hope to get a team photo with them sometime this weekend.
